Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Problems
Please check your order upon receipt and if an item is defective, damaged or the wrong item was received, please contact us immediately so that we can assess the problem and correct it.
Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of merchandise cannot be returned, such as perishable items (e.g. food, flowers or plants), custom products (e.g. special orders or personalized items) and personal care items (e.g. beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. If you have questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns of promotional items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the item you need is to return the item you have, once the return is accepted, please purchase the new item separately.
EU 14 Day Cooling Off Period
If an item is shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without any valid reason. As stated above, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in the original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded within 10 business days via the original payment method. Please keep in mind that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
